Fallout New Vegas
Coming up as Number 8 on the Top 10 PC Games List is the one and only Fallout: New Vegas. The sequel to the acclaimed Fallout 3, Fallout New Vega's offers some improvements over the old game in manner different forms. One thing i was extremely happy with was the new Shooting mechanics, it feels a lot more accurate and quicker to shot from the hip and all the iron sights look and feel amazing. This game is one the best RPG's available and will keep you entertained for hours.
Set in post-nuclear Las Vegas there's alot more life then fallout 3 with some small towns and cities escaping almost all of the nuclear problems. Another thing about New Vega's that i really liked was the customization available to you when it comes to weapons, instead of just being able to make certain weapons from schematics you find you can this time attach certain sights and silences to different weapons and extra claws or spikes to existing melee weapons.
So many more secrets are ready for you to find in New Vegas and there are many factions that you can chose to either help of hurt, factions play a big role in new Vegas and you spend alot of your time deciding who is best to befriend. The world is enormous and has something for everyone and the glitch's this time around are far and few between, defiantly one for the top 10 list and one that will keep you entertained for hours and hours on end.
PROS - Huge and very detailed world with so much to do <> Lots of flexibility through the faction system <> Great atmosphere <> Real consequences for your choices in the world <> Excellent side quests that suck you in <> CONS - Still the occasional glitch <> Some bland quests <> Main story isn't as intriguing as i would have liked <> |
